Office Policy – We require 24 hour notice on cancelled appointments. Missed appointments without a prior call or email to the office will be charged in full.
To schedule an appointment:
- Book your appointment. No walk-ins.
- Complete the COVID-19 self-assessment at the time of booking.
- Masks remain mandatory for all patients and staff.
- Clean hands immediately upon entering and immediately following your appointment. Hand sanitizers are available throughout the office.
- Arrive on-time for your visit. This will help limit the number of people in the waiting room and ensure we are able to finish appointments on time in order to accommodate cleaning practices between patients.
