World Arthritis Day

Arthritis is a term used to describe a group of over 100 diseases characterized by inflammation in the joints or other areas of the body. Today, we’re raising awareness of arthritis and encouraging you to ‘keep moving’ to help prevent or manage arthritis. It’s important to stay physically active. Treatments, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise can help you keep moving. The expertise of a chiropractor can help you safely manage and alleviate arthritis-related symptoms like arthritic pain in order to help minimize the need for other treatments such as surgery or prescription medications.
